2. restaurant reservations
Reservations may be made through our website, an approved booking provider or by contacting us directly.
Please ensure that the contact details, date, time and number of guests supplied when booking are correct. Your reservation is confirmed when you receive confirmation from us or our booking provider.
Please tell us as soon as possible if your party size changes. We cannot guarantee that substantial changes can be accommodated.
Tables may be held for a limited period after the reserved time. If you are running late, please contact us. Significant lateness may reduce the time available at your table or result in the reservation being released.
3. deposits, cancellations and no-shows
Unless different terms are clearly stated when booking, reservations are subject to our 48-hour cancellation policy .
Where a deposit or card pre-authorisation is required, the applicable amount will be explained before the booking is completed. The deposit or authorised amount may be retained or charged if:
The reservation is cancelled less than 48 hours before its scheduled time.
You do not attend the reservation.
The number of guests is reduced without sufficient notice.
Group bookings, private events, seasonal packages and special occasions may have different deposit, payment and cancellation conditions. These will be provided during the booking process or confirmed in writing and will take priority over the general 48-hour policy.
If Turkuaz has to cancel a confirmed booking, any deposit paid directly to us will be refunded. We will not normally be responsible for associated travel, accommodation or other indirect costs.
4. group bookings and private events
The person making a group or event booking is responsible for:
Providing accurate information.
Communicating the agreed terms to all guests.
Paying deposits and balances by the stated deadlines.
Providing final guest numbers, menu selections and dietary information when requested.
Event dates are not secured until any required deposit has been received and written confirmation has been issued.
Changes are subject to availability and may affect the price. Event-specific terms supplied in a proposal, invoice or confirmation email form part of your agreement with us.
5. interactive darts
Interactive darts sessions are booked per oche for the stated duration and maximum number of players.
Customers must follow staff instructions and use the equipment responsibly. Children must be appropriately supervised. Anyone behaving dangerously, abusively or in a way that risks injury or damage may be stopped from playing without a refund.
Prices, session lengths, player limits and any extension offers are those displayed when the booking is made. Late arrival may reduce playing time where another booking follows.
Any cancellation or deposit conditions displayed by the darts booking provider at checkout will apply to that booking.
6. Menus, prices and availability
Menus, prices, opening hours and promotions may change without notice. Dishes and ingredients are subject to availability, and photographs are for illustration only.
Prices include VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise. Any discretionary service charge will be clearly identified and may be removed on request.
Promotional offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated. Additional terms may apply to seasonal menus, bottomless brunch, happy hours and special events.
7. Allergies and dietary requirements
Please inform us of allergies, intolerances or other dietary requirements before ordering and, where possible, when booking.
Our kitchen handles all 14 regulated allergens and cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Cross-contamination may occur. Guests with a serious allergy should speak directly to a manager before ordering.
Menu symbols and descriptions are provided as guidance and should not replace a conversation with our team. Ingredient substitutions may affect allergen information.
8. Alcohol and responsible service
Alcohol will only be served in accordance with licensing law. We may ask for acceptable photographic identification and may refuse alcohol service where a customer appears underage, intoxicated or where service would otherwise be unlawful.
Guests under 18 must be appropriately supervised. Age restrictions may apply to particular events, packages or areas.
9. Gift cards
Gift cards are issued and managed through our approved gift-card provider. The value, expiry date and any specific restrictions will be shown on the gift card or at the time of purchase.
Gift cards:
Must be presented when redeemed.
Cannot normally be exchanged for cash.
Cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or used without permission.
May not be resold or used for unauthorised commercial promotions.
Must be used before the expiry date shown.
Gift-card purchases and refunds are also subject to any terms displayed by the gift-card provider. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
10. Customer conduct and property
We may refuse entry or service, or ask a customer to leave, where reasonably necessary to protect customers, employees, property or the lawful operation of the premises.
Customers are responsible for deliberate or negligent damage caused by themselves or members of their party.
Personal belongings remain the customer’s responsibility. Nothing in these terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or breach of your statutory rights.
11. Payments and fraud prevention
Only make payments through our official website, approved providers or directly to Turkuaz using details that you have verified.
We will not unexpectedly ask you to make a bank transfer or card payment through a WhatsApp link. If you receive a suspicious payment request, do not click any links. Contact us directly on 01962 620 819 before taking any action.
12. Third-party services
